An Overview
The client from the UK approached Beecept Technologies to develop a survey platform. The client is a residential building surveyor who conducts the RICS standard property survey inspections for their valued customers was looking for a solution for their routine survey workflow. The main aim of the client was to generate and deliver a survey report very quickly and more accurately.
The client needed a mobile solution wherewith the use of this app he can walk around a building and select field options that describe their observations. Additionally, the app should allow capturing pictures of a property, site sketch plan or any other documents. At the end of the survey with a single tap on a button, the system should generate a dynamic report with natural language based on user's form inputs. The app must have a minimal user interface and advanced back-end for different phrase management to generate reports.
